Stage 1 Map
From East Croydon Station, turn left and follow the Tram line into Addiscome Road. Follow Addiscombe Road until you reach some traffic lights. At these lights, if you look to the left you'll see one of the few buildings left standing from the East India Company training academy, the officers quarters. Continue along Addiscome Road. The tram now bears off to the right, before we lose sight of it. On the left, you'll pass Addiscome Farm, which is one of the oldest buildings in Croydon. After a while, we come to a roundabout. Turn right here into Shirley Road. Climb the hill, and just before the next roundabout, turn left into Barnfield Avenue which almost immediately becomes Eldon Avenue.At the end of the road, turn right into Shirley Avenue. A right turn then takes us into Wickham Road.
Stage 2 Map
Follow Wickham Road, until you come to a roundabout. Take the third exit here, into the High Street. Follow the High Street, which becomes Glebe Way, for a downhill run. At the bottom of the hill is a roundabout, where we go straight across into Croydon Road.
Stage 3 Map
Follow Croydon Road, up a steep hill after which you'll find yourself going through Hayes Common. Turn left when you get to West Common Road. Follow this road, then turn left into Ridgeway. Then, turn right into Station Approach. Go down the hill, past Hayes Railway Station, then turn left into Pickhurst Lane.
Stage 4 Map
Keep following Pickhurst Lane. At the traffic lights, go straight on into Hayes Lane. Follow Hayes Lane until you get to a Roundabout. Here, take the third exit into Stone Park Avenue, passing the "Chinese Garage" on your left.
Stage 5 Map
Climb up the hill, then go straight over at the traffic lights into Crossways Road. It's then a downhill run, as the road becomes Eden Park Avenue. At the end of the road, turn left into Croydon Road. You then have to bear to the right for a short distance, into Elmerside, before turning left to continue on Croydon Road. Go straight on at the lights, and straight over the roundabout, with the Supermarket on your right.
Stage 6 Map
Go over the railway bridge, and the road becomes Long Lane. Follow this road, passing the Golf Driving range on your right. Go straight on at the first set of lights, then straight on again at the next lights, taking the right hand lane, into Lower Addiscome Road. Follow this road,crossing over the tram line, then turn left into Leslie Park Road, just past the filling station. At the end of Leslie Park Road, turn left into Cherry Orchard Road. Follow this road, then just before you get to the "Threepenny Bit Building", turn right into Billinton Hill. This takes you back to East Croydon Station.
