I've used this web site to document some of the bicycle rides I have discovered over the last 15 or so years. All these journeys start and end at East Croydon railway station. The distances covered range from 13 to 30 miles.
Most people who don't live there associate Croydon with the shopping centre, and office blocks. Many don't realise that the countryside of Surrey and Kent is just a couple of miles away, an ideal distance for the average cyclist. East Croydon railway station can be easily reached from central London, so all the routes start and end there.
I have broken down each route into a series of stages, and have included a map for each stage. I have also included a "printer friendly" page for each route. You should be able to print a usable hard copy from this.
